Max Armstrong looks at state laws, food rules and interstate commerce

Max Armstrong reports on work in the U.S. House that aims to stop states from impacting food production in ways that impact interstate commerce. An Iowa congressman has proposed a bill that would prevent states from interfering with distribution of food in interstate commerce. Steve King, R-Iowa, has introduced that bill each year for several years.

Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Max Armstrong, veteran farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
