Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will deliver remarks at the opening ceremonies of the World Ag Expo tomorrow at 8:30 a.m.
Mayor Giuliani will be joined by other dignitaries, including California Secretary of Food & Agriculture, A.G. Kawamura and international delegates from across the globe to kick-off the largest agricultural exposition in the world. During the ceremony, guests will join in recognizing show leadership, hear from state and federal representatives and officials, and witness a jet fly-over from the Lemoore Naval Air Station.
The World Ag Expo attracts more than 1,600 exhibitors and 100,000 attendees from 66 different countries; all made possible by the efforts of 1,200 volunteers. This year marks the 40th anniversary of World Ag Expo and a celebration of 40 years of innovative agriculture Feb. 13-15, 2007.
