UCANR will now report directly to UC president

University of California Cooperative Extension celebrates centennial year working with California agriculture.    

In a move meant to highlight the important roll agriculture has in the state’s economy, the University Of California Division Of Agriculture and Natural Resources (UCANR) will report directly to the UC President.

UC President Janet Napolitano made the announcement March 11, which means no longer will UCANR fall under the umbrella of the UC Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. Historically, the ANR vice president reported to the UC president, j
