RHS, Inc. recently announced the addition of Yield Monitor Connection Kits that enable any operator to hook the Outback S GPS Guidance System directly to their combine yield monitor.
When connected, the Outback S provides one of the industry's most accurate GPS differential signals. And, there is no annual subscription fee.
Connection Kits are available for Case AFS (old and new style), John Deere Greenstar (old and new style), Ag Leader-PF 3000 and 3100, AGCO-Fieldstar and Microtrak-Grain Trak.
Recent university studies prove the Outback S Receiver is one of the industry's most accurate GPS guidance systems. Over a five-day test period, the Outback S, using WAAS, delivered better accuracy than any other receiver tested, even those using OmniStar correction.
The Outback S is optimized for WAAS technology and provides high accuracy without the annual subscription fees associated with competitive GPS receivers.
The Outback S is designed for the mainstream farmer to use year-around for guidance, but as a bonus it can be used for precision yield maps. Its low cost, easy installation and simplicity make it a “must have” for every combine.
Learning time to operate the Outback S is less than 15 minutes, even for first-time guidance users. In addition, the Outback S can be quickly moved to other pieces of equipment for increased accuracy during tillage, spraying, spreading and planting operations.
