Rice Leadership Class holds California session

The 22nd Rice Leadership Development Class is in California this week for the third session in the two-year program designed to give future leaders a comprehensive view of the rice industry.

The 22nd Rice Leadership Development Class is in California this week for the third session in the two-year program designed to give future leaders a comprehensive view of the rice industry as well as personal development and communication training.  The itinerary includes meetings with the California Rice Commission, industry members and farm visits. 

The seven class members are producers Marc Breckenridge, Durham, Calif.; Galen Franz, Victoria, Texas; Scott Gairhan, Jonesboro, Ark.; Mark Pousson, Welsh, La.; Paul  Zaunbrecher, Rayne, La.; and industry members Park Eldridge, Lehman Elevator, Gillette, Ark.; and Brendan O'Donnell, Sun Valley Rice Company, Sacramento, Calif.
