Shelbourne offers new range of stripper headers called CVS

Shelbourne Reynolds Inc., has introduced an all new range of Shelbourne stripper headers.

The CVS range is the result of five years of development leading to a variable speed belt drive for the rotor, a new cross sectional profile and auger design and the widest ever 32-foot stripper header.

All machines are now fitted with stainless steel seed saver stripping fingers for more efficient stripping and longer life.

The variable speed rotor drive allows the operator to adjust the rotor speed using a simple cab mounted switch for "on the go adjustments." This enables the rotor to be set to the optimum speed - whatever the field conditions - without the operator leaving the combine seat.

The new cross sectional profile and larger diameter, deeper flighted auger feature new designs which concentrate on reducing weight and improving crop flow. The header now sits closer to the combine for better weight distribution.
